Manages multiple listings seperately

Retain adlistings if nothing new is pulled

Added custom ad listings
You can add any url to adlistings.txt in /etc/removeadhosts and it will
curl that directly into hosts

under /etc/removeadhosts/ is a file called adlist.txt, here you can add
any custom url to be added to the block list
